My Fitness PalThis website is great because not only is it completely free, it is also SO easy to use. Any website that is user friendly gets an A+ in my book! There is a collection of users so I have yet to add one food that isn’t already in there database. Another great feature is the website has an app that is just as great as the actual website. So my “food journal” is one click away on my I-Phone.
This app and online tool has really helped me stay on track even though my butt hadn’t been exercising. This week I have been rocking the workouts and staying on track with my eating and I feel great!
