Weighing in on Wednesday

Wednesdays are my weigh in day on Weight Watchers and to say I have fallen off the wagon this last week would be an understatement!  However, weigh in this morning wasn’t TOO bad I was only up 1 pound since my loss last week.

More than likely the one pound gain was due to water retention but it was still enough for me to get my butt back into gear.  So I planned a date with myself… my “dreadmill”… and Oprah at 4pm:)

The Workout:

10 minute warmup- 4.0 for a minute, 5.0 for a minute, 6.0 for a minute… repeat for 10 minutes

20 minute- Interval between 6.0 – 7.0

10 minute- Interval between 5.0 – 6.0

10 minute- 5.5 run

8 minute- 4.0 recovery walk

The results… 58.00 minutes, 5 miles, nearly 800 calories burned!

This workout rocked and afterward immediately involved an abundant amount of stretching and foam rolling!

Tomorrow is only a half day of work for me and then its off until Monday:)!
