Monday April 30th- Crossfit- 60 minutes

Tuesday May 1st- 55 minute walk with the hubby

Wednesday May 2nd-  Crossfit- 60 minutes

400m run
11 toe 2 bar(unbroken)
11 burpee
**4 rounds**
**if you drop from pull up bar during toe 2 bar, add 2 burpees for that round*

3 mile run/1 mile walk w/my friend Molly

Thursday May 3rd- 60 minute bike ride- 10 miles
